Koyuncuoğlu Yapı, as one of the leading companies in Mersin with its deep-rooted history and innovative vision, successfully serves in different sectors. Our company started to operate in the field of vegetable and fruit trade in 2000. Thanks to the dedication and leadership of our Founding President, it has become a recognised and reliable brand in the sector in a short time. Our experience in vegetable and fruit trade and our customer satisfaction-oriented working principle have contributed to the rapid growth of our company. These activities, which we carry out without compromising quality and honesty, have enabled Koyuncuoğlu Yapı to be established on solid foundations.
2005
In 2005, our company decided to operate in the construction sector and has grown rapidly in this field. Since our first projects, we have aimed to provide innovative and sustainable solutions by prioritising customer satisfaction. We have built modern living spaces and business centres without compromising our principles of quality and reliability in construction projects.
2014
In 2014, we further consolidated our position in the sector with the Vega Fit project. This project, which attracted attention with its innovative design concept and high quality standards, attracted great interest from our customers.
2018
In 2018, we continued to offer modern and aesthetic living spaces with the Koart project. This project stood out with its functional architecture and environmentally friendly features.

2023 was the year in which two important projects were completed for our company: Vega 129 and Vega Nefes. These projects attracted attention with their high quality standards and modern design approach.
